Responsibilities

• Remittance Recovery: contact customers to obtain remittances for unapplied payments.
• Research and perform account maintenance for inquiries related to payment applications.
• Investigate and reconcile payment discrepancies with internal teams.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments to keep accounts up-to-date.
• Level 2 support for account research inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Manage and deliver results for assigned locations.
• Assist with audits by providing accurate documentation and insights.
• Maintain detailed records of cash application activities.
• Obtain monthly KPI metrics aligned with group goals.
• Handle additional tasks and projects assigned by Management.
