Responsibilities

• Remittance recovery: contact customers to obtain remittances for unapplied payments.
• Research and perform account maintenance for inquiries related to payment applications, including reversals and write-offs.
• Investigate and reconcile payment discrepancies with internal teams and clients.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments to keep accounts up-to-date.
• Provide Level 2 support for account research inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers.
• Manage and deliver results for assigned locations.
• Assist with audits by providing accurate documentation and insights.
• Maintain detailed records of cash application activities and audit compliance.
• Support monthly KPI reporting for Payment Applications.
• Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.
