Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities, a division of Irvine Company, is seeking a Coordinator, Resident Support Services to manage remediation-related repairs and relocations. You will liaise with internal teams from damage scope review to remediation start, performing introductory resident calls and coordinating relocation steps.

You will identify and escalate issues, document concerns, and keep projects on track while delivering premium customer service and accurate policy guidance to residents.

Qualifications

• Intro calls with residents and coordinate relocation logistics.
• Escalate priority issues to mitigate delays.
• Document and track resident concerns with timely resolutions.
• Ensure policy/procedure knowledge is communicated to residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs and relocation logistics to begin remediation work.
• Escalate priority issues to Manager or departments to prevent delays.
• Document issues and track resolutions; propose immediate solutions to keep momentum.
• Maintain understanding of remediation and rebuild processes; ensure accurate information.
