Job summary

Irvine Company on-site seeks a Community Relations Representative to be the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries from move-in to move-out and renewal processes. You will support transfers and evictions while preserving a positive community experience.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability, with regular weekend or evening schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• One year experience in customer service environment preferred.
• Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
• Ability to handle basic accounting principles and concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive proactive customer interactions to ensure high Irvine Company experience.
• Solves resident relations issues in a timely manner.
• Assists residents with move-in/move-out processes and renewals.
• Performs resident retention calls per guidelines.
