Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks a Community Manager to lead all phases of operation for our California properties. You will develop onsite teams, drive financial performance, and maintain resident relations and property aesthetics in alignment with Irvine Company standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, overseeing leasing, building external relationships, and ensuring consistent customer service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of management experience in a customer service environment; leasing experience preferred.
• Valid California driver license; maintain vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer-service focused culture for residents, prospects, vendors and employees.
• Train, onboard, and develop team members with focus on engagement and retention.
• Oversee leasing process and possibly supervise a leasing manager at larger communities.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to provide best-in-class service.
• Communicate strategic business practices to leadership for efficiency and consistency.
• Manage property financial performance, including budget variances and forecasting input.
• Ensure Irvine Company standards for condition and quality.
