DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Remarketing Operations Manager to lead Transportation Coordinators and vendor teams, ensuring timely vehicle delivery to auction and adherence to policy. You will set goals, monitor performance, and coach staff toward career growth within our organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment.
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working on site.
• Familiarity with vehicle titles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Transportation Coordinators and vendors to ensure vehicles are delivered to auction within company expectations.
• Monitor coordinators' performance and develop improvement plans to address deficiencies.
• Provide daily/monthly goals and strategy to maximize long-term success.
• Administer continuous training and coaching to ensure quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all business and compliance practices are followed.
