Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Remarketing Operations & Services to lead our nationwide Make-Ready program for remarketed vehicles. You will manage a team of Make-Ready Analysts, optimize workflows, and partner with vendors to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality vehicle preparation for sale.

In this remote-friendly US role, you’ll drive process improvements, govern compliance, and align with Finance/Analytics to create dashboards and KPIs that inform strategic remarketing decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
• Lean/Six Sigma credentials preferred.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10+ Years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end make-ready lifecycle for remarketed vehicles, define criteria and SOPs for ready-for-sale.
• Lead Make-Ready analysts, manage workload, goals, and coaching across branches.
• Oversee vendor management and outsourcing; negotiate service agreements; monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Provide financial oversight: budgets, spend, margins, cost-capture, and profitability reviews.
• Partner with regional/branch ops to implement and scale the program; drive training and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales/Product/IT to track enhancements and create dashboards and KPIs.
