Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Remarketing in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead a distributed team of Field Remarketing Managers and Reps, shaping regional and national field strategy to maximize vehicle recovery and optimize cycle time across multiple client portfolios.

You will partner with auction and vendor leadership, ensure compliance, and present monthly business reviews to senior leadership. Travel up to 40–50% is required to support field operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in remarketing/auction management.
• College degree or equivalent in remarketing/auction functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50%.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Field Remarketing Managers and Reps.
• Set regional and national field strategy, coverage, and staffing.
• Analyze performance data to drive recovery, cycle time and costs.
• Manage relationships with auction partners and vendors at leadership level.
• Prepare monthly business reviews for Senior Leadership with clear insights and risks.
