Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Mobility Specialist to guide immigration compliance and global mobility across our remote, international workforce. You will manage cases, advise on sponsorship and travel, and support a fast-paced, scalable mobility function within our Onboarding and Mobility team.

The role requires a licensed German immigration lawyer with deep immigration knowledge, experience in global mobility, and comfort working remotely in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

Licensed immigration lawyer in Germany.
Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
Understanding of immigration processes and compliance requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems.
Provide guidance for travel needs, counsel on immigration process, and serve as contact for sponsorship cases.
Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance to clients.
Take ownership of senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists.
Assist leadership in managing large projects.
Regularly monitor the Mobility dashboard, SLAs and status for client visibility.
Develop in-house immigration services to improve revenue and efficiency.
