Plus Relocation is seeking a Global Mobility Counselor in Minneapolis, MN, offering a hybrid or fully remote US option. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a salary range of $59,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

You will guide relocating employees, educate on benefits and timelines, coordinate with mobility suppliers, and uphold the company values while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Global mobility industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for relocating employees and provide guidance throughout their move.
• Educate clients on benefit policies, expenses, timelines, and resources for a smooth relocation.
• Coordinate with mobility suppliers to ensure cost-effective services.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues in line with company values.
