Job summary

Weichert Workforce Mobility is seeking a Mobility Advisor to support relocating employees and corporate clients across the relocation lifecycle. You will manage relocation cases, explain policy and benefits, coordinate with internal teams and outside providers, and monitor timelines, costs, and compliance.

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to support relocating employees and corporate stakeholders professionally and empathetically.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional writing, and active listening.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, track details, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data, budgets, and basic financial concepts related to relocation costs.
  • Proficiency with common office software and mobility or HR systems; ability to learn new platforms and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and client contacts in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information and sensitive situations.
  • Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in relocation or real estate industry, global payroll, or tax-related services is a plus.

Role Description This role supports relocating employees and corporate clients throughout the mobility lifecycle, including initiation, counseling, coordination of services, and successful move completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing relocation cases, explaining policy and benefits, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers (such as household goods, real estate, and tax service providers), and monitoring timelines, costs, and compliance. The Mobility Advisor will communicate regularly with assignees and client contacts, provide guidance and problem-solving, update systems with accurate data and documentation, and produce status reports as needed. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by sharing insights, following best practices, and supporting team initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
