Pink Zebra Moving of Wilmington, NC is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales/Relocation Specialist to join our team in Wilmington. This role offers an hourly rate plus commission and involves preparing estimates, referral marketing, and guiding clients through planning and executing moves.

You will answer inbound calls, consult on relocation requirements, and coordinate all aspects of the process to ensure a smooth relocation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Relocation Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of relocation processes, including estimating, logistics, and NC Tariff rules and regulations.
• Excellent referral marketing and networking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Punctuality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Estimate Preparation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' relocation needs using the NC Tariff for cost estimates.
• Review and explain estimates to clients, addressing questions.
• Referral Marketing: Develop and implement strategies; build relationships with real estate agents, corporate HR, storage facilities, assisted living homes, and property management.
• Track and analyze referral marketing campaigns.
• Client Consultation: Answer inbound calls; understand relocation requirements; advise on packing, transportation, and storage options; assist in selecting services.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to secure bookings.
• Coordination and Planning: Schedule, coordinate logistics, and communicate with customers.
• Ensure timely and efficient relocation execution; handle issues that arise.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare documentation and ensure NC tariff regulations and company policies compliance.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and address concerns; follow up post-relocation for satisfaction.
