Job summary

Equity ECS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction, renovation, or restructuring projects from planning through closeout. You will delegate tasks to project teams, manage permits and budgets, and coordinate with architects, clients, vendors, and staff to ensure project success.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers, lead design value engineering, and drive cost-effective, high-performing solutions while mentoring project teams and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in construction management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years in construction, minimum 5 years as Senior PM preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction procedures and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee duties in construction, renovation, or restructuring of projects.
• Delegate tasks to subordinate project managers, contractors, and laborers.
• Manage permits, programming, design, and construction while communicating with architects, clients, vendors, and staff.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including scopes of work, contracts, purchase orders, reports, and budget updates.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
