Relocation Today in Minnetonka, MN seeks an experienced Relocation Manager to guide corporate clients and relocating employees through the relocation process with strategic consulting and comprehensive program administration.

You will coordinate and oversee relocation services from initiation through completion, ensuring a seamless transferee experience and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Secondary education preferred; internships count towards experience.
• 3 years of business or customer service experience preferred.
• Extraordinary customer service mentality to the core.
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to move on tasks quickly and accurately.
• Ability to maintain extremely accurate records and notes.
• Must be able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communicator in crafting professional emails and phone skills.
• Handle stress with calm, pleasant and professional demeanor (caring and empathetic personality).
• Ability to craft, understand embrace basic reporting needs.
• Capable of quickly learning and fully understanding client policies and procedures.
• Accuracy in budget tracking and basic expense reporting

• Effectively manages a diverse caseload of relocation files, balancing multiple priorities while meeting service, quality, and performance objectives.
• Provides end-to-end relocation management, coordinating all aspects of the relocation program and serving as the primary point of contact for relocating employees.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service to all relocating employees.
• Partners with transferees to understand their needs and recommends appropriate value-added services to support successful relocations and drive revenue opportunities.
• Maintains the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of transferee data within company systems and relocation platforms.
• Prepares, updates, and analyzes client reports to provide accurate relocation activity, cost, and performance data.

Relocation Today is seeking an experienced Relocation Manager to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will serve as a relocation expert, guiding corporate clients and relocating employees through the relocation process while providing strategic consulting and comprehensive program administration.

You will coordinate and oversee relocation services from initiation through completion, ensuring a seamless experience for transferees while delivering exceptional customer service. As the primary point of contact, you will advocate for clients and transferees, build strong relationships, and foster trust through proactive communication, personalized support, and successful relocation outcomes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the transferee experience from initiation through completion, fostering strong relationships and addressing relocation-related needs
• Effectively manages a diverse caseload of relocation files, balancing multiple priorities while meeting service, quality, and performance objectives.
• Provides end-to-end relocation management, coordinating all aspects of the relocation program and serving as the primary point of contact for relocating employees.

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);
• Secondary education is preferred, additional experience is required for those without a college degree (Internships will count towards experience)
• 3 years of Business experience/customer service experience preferred
• Extraordinary customer service mentality to the core
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to move on tasks quickly and accurately
• Ability to maintain extremely accurate records and notes
• Must be able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
