Job summary

Relocation Today in Minnetonka, MN, is seeking a Global Relocation Service Coordinator to support Account Managers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a diverse range of administrative responsibilities and provide outstanding customer service throughout the relocation process.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with experience in coordinating destination services, budgeting, and notes in a reference system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Three years of business or customer service experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational competency
• Clear written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service abilities
• Manage a small caseload of relocations/immigration files as needed
• Provide coverage to department employees while out of office or on PTO
• Maintain updated supplier management system and reference tools with global compliance in mind
• Coordinates destination services and ensures timely, high-quality support throughout the relocation process
• Assists transferees with identifying and arranging temporary housing accommodations
• Arranges and oversees relocation travel requirements while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Processes relocation expenses, ensuring all costs are accurately categorized, compliant with policy guidelines, and maintained within budget parameters
• Prepares and manages relocation cost estimates and budget projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with program guidelines

Relocation Today is hiring a Global Relocation Service Coordinator at its Minnetonka, Minnesota office. The service coordinator supports Account Managers and internal teams members. Service Coordinators manage a diverse range of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and consistent performance under deadlines. This is a customer service and client facing role.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service abilities


• Manage a small caseload of relocations/immigration files as needed


• Provide coverage to department employees while out of office or on PTO


• Maintain updated supplier management system and reference tools with global compliance in mind


• Coordinates destination services and ensures timely, high-quality support throughout the relocation process


• Assists transferees with identifying and arranging temporary housing accommodations

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)


• Secondary education is preferred; candidates without a college degree must have additional relevant experience (internships included)


• Three years of business or customer service experience preferred


• Initiative and accuracy in completing tasks independently


• Exceptional record-keeping and note-taking skills


• Strong multitasking and organizational competency


• Clear written and verbal communication


• Ability to remain professional and efficient under pressure


• Familiarity with basic reporting requirements


• Capacity to understand and apply various client policies and procedures
