Relocation Today is seeking an experienced Relocation Manager to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. You will guide corporate clients and relocating employees through the relocation process while providing strategic consulting and comprehensive program administration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of business experience or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transferee experience from initiation to completion, fostering relationships and addressing relocation needs.
• Manage a diverse caseload of relocation files while meeting service, quality, and performance objectives.
• Provide end-to-end relocation management and act as the primary contact for relocating employees.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service to relocating employees.
• Collaborate with transferees to understand needs and suggest value-added services to drive revenue.
• Maintain accurate transferee data in company systems and relocation platforms.
• Prepare, update, and analyze client reports showing relocation activity, cost, and performance.
