Job summary

HomeServices of America is seeking an organized professional to manage relocation client accounting, expense tracking and payroll tax compliance. You will process expenses and reimbursements, handle invoicing and cash application, and provide reporting for clients and internal use.

The role involves supporting relocation consultants, maintaining records, and assisting in year-end tax processes and COLAs. A strong background in accounting and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, accounting or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Two to five years’ experience in relocation or payroll tax preferred.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and database applications; strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform relocation client accounting, expense tracking and payroll tax functions.
• Process relocation expenses and reimbursements.
• Prepare client billing, invoices and distribute.
• Generate internal and client reports for management and staff.
• Assist in year-end tax processes and COLAs.
• Maintain client and transferee information in the database.
• Support relocation consultants on projects.
