Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Relocation Specialist for a 10 month contract assignment. This position will work between offices in Medina, MN and Plymouth, MN, with some flexibility to occasionally work from home.
This contract role will provide support for the domestic relocation program and Tempe, AZ group relocation, working under the direction of the Talent Operations Director and in partnership with the relocation management company.
The role will support execution, coordination, reporting, and employee resources. Provide support for the day-to-day administration of the domestic relocation program, helping coordinate program activities, employee support, vendor follow-up, and process documentation. Serve as a key day-to-day liaison with the relocation management company (RMC), helping monitor timelines, service levels, escalations, reporting needs, and employee support items while elevating exceptions to the appropriate internal owner. Support coordination of the group relocation to Tempe, AZ by partnering with HR, business leaders, the RMC, and employees to help organize communications, resources, timelines, and transition support. Assist with developing and maintaining relocation resources, FAQs, guidance documents, and communication materials to help employees understand available benefits, required actions, and points of contact. Compile and summarize relocation activity, costs, trends, feedback, and open items to provide HR leadership with visibility into program activity, employee needs, and opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited University 5+ years of Human Resources (HR) or related experience Prior experience supporting Relocation/Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, or transferable skills Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail Pay Rate- $49.30- $56.33/hour
