Job summary

System One is seeking a Relocation Coordinator in Bristol, CT for a 40-hour onsite contract. The role involves guiding families through the relocation process, coordinating housing options, and ensuring timely service delivery.

You will work with the Development Team, perform needs assessments, manage invoices, and maintain accurate records in SharePoint. Spanish bilingual abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Advisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn housing policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator for the relocation process for residents.
• Oversee the delivery of relocation services and benefits.
• Provide ongoing guidance to the Development Team and residents.
• Conduct needs assessments at the start of the process.
• Coordinate location search and manage data entry.
• Oversee on-site moves and liaise with moving companies.
• Review invoices and manage reimbursements.
• Document conversations and expenses in SharePoint.
