Job summary

WOCO FastLane is seeking a Relief Store Manager to step in across multiple locations, lead teams, and keep stores running smoothly. You’ll coach, train, and support daily operations while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses, ensuring policy and liquor regulations compliance, and adapting to changing priorities to support stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service-related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
• Support multiple FastLane locations to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
• Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
• Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve resultsEnsure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed
