WARRENTON OIL CO. is seeking a Relief Store Manager to oversee operations across multiple FastLane locations. You will step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or absences, guiding teams and ensuring smooth daily operation.

You will lead coaching, training, and daily support while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a well-stocked store. Strong focus on policy compliance and safety across locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service-related industries
• Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a customer-focused culture
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
• Support multiple FastLane locations to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
• Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
• Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed
