Job summary

FastLane Convenience Stores is seeking a Relief Store Manager in Missouri to step in for store leadership across multiple locations. You’ll supervise teams, ensure smooth operations, and maintain a positive, high-service environment.

You’ll lead coaching, training, and daily support while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. The role requires flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and a commitment to company standards, safety, and liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
• Support multiple FastLane locations to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
• Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
• Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed
