FastLane Convenience Stores is seeking a Relief Store Manager to step in across locations in the Wentzville area. You will lead teams, manage operations, and ensure stores run smoothly when leaders are away.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining stock, and delivering strong customer service while upholding safety and regulatory standards. The role offers weekly pay, PTO, and opportunities for growth within the FastLane network.

Responsibilities

• Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
• Support multiple FastLane locations to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
• Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
• Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed
