FastLane Convenience Stores in Missouri is seeking a Relief Store Manager to step in for PTO, vacancies, or other absences, leading teams and keeping multiple locations running smoothly.

You'll deliver exceptional customer service, coach staff, manage inventory and store expenses, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards while adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
• Support multiple FastLane locations to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
• Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
• Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed
