Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC seeks a Relief Store Manager to drive store performance and customer satisfaction. You will promote unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies while leading a team and coordinating with the Area Manager. Daily tasks include inspections, maintenance, and handling lien/auction paperwork.

A retention bonus of $1,500 is offered, with opportunities for growth as new stores open. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of English language in verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Skilled in communication and team motivation, with a focus on relationships.
• Customer service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Identifies potential maintenance, safety, and fire issues.
• Operates roll-up doors for storage units.
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies while securing positive reviews.
• Guides and assists new customers throughout the rental process to ensure smooth transactions.
• Reaches out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and secure storage units.
• Proactively manages past-due tenants and handles lien/auction paperwork.
• Conducts daily property inspections to ensure security and upkeep.
• Communicates results and recommendations to Area Manager and Leadership Team.
• Willing to travel occasionally to nearby locations for shifts; available for weekend/holiday work.
• On-call backup to address night and weekend security concerns.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
