SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking a Relief Store Manager in Hawaii to drive unit rentals, upsell warranties and moving supplies while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires coordinating with Area Manager, managing past-due tenants, and performing property inspections to ensure security and cleanliness.

The position involves flexibility to work across multiple locations, occasional travel, and on-call coverage for security concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of English in verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership and people-m-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies.
• Guides customers through the rental process to ensure smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and secure storage units.
• Proactively manages past-due tenants and handles lien/auction paperwork.
• Conduct daily property inspections for security, cleanliness and upkeep.
• Communicate results and recommendations to Area Manager and Leadership Team.
• Travel occasionally to nearby locations and be available for on-call emergencies.
