Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief Utility Driver to support service departments. You will deliver and pick up linens, provide outstanding customer service, and coordinate with sales and operations to meet customer needs.

The role requires a valid driver’s license (CDL if applicable), at least two years in related work, and strong English communication. Expect physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and moving carts up to 500 lbs, with standard safety practices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and CDL when applicable.
• 21 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Two years of experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and pick up soiled linens on assigned routes safely and on time.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and relationships.
• Communicate with decision-makers and proactively resolve service concerns.
• Follow SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management.
• Maintain inventories, route books, and customer files.
• Handle customer payments, credits, and change orders accurately.
• Upsell services and refer leads to Sales.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
