Alsco Uniforms is seeking a dependable delivery driver to handle daily routes, deliver and pick up textiles and linens, and maintain accurate route documentation. You will interact with customers to resolve service concerns, upsell services when appropriate, and ensure safety and cleanliness of your vehicle and operations.

You must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license (CDL if applicable), and bring at least two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and CDL if applicable; must be 21+.
• Driving record free of major violations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Two years of sales, customer service, delivery, or public-facing work.
• Support for other service team members as required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver products and pick up soiled linens on assigned routes safely and on time.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and strong relationships.
• Communicate with decision-makers and proactively resolve service concerns.
• Follow Service SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management.
• Maintain accurate inventories, route books, and customer files.
• Handle customer payments, credits, and change orders accurately.
• Monitor accounts and report customer feedback or competitive activity.
• Upsell services, promote products, and refer leads to Sales.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
• Load/unload products and move carts up to 500 lbs. and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dress code.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams as a reliable relief driver.
