Job summary

Missions Inc. Programs seeks a compassionate staff member for the Mission Heights Supportive Housing Program in Columbia Heights, MN.

You will provide supportive services, monitor residents, assist with meals and transportation, and respond to crises while maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities include medication monitoring, resident status documentation, intakes and coordination with social services, and organizing group activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding homelessness and related issues.
• Knowledge of AA/NA and recovery programs.
• Ability to use email, internet, and data entry.
• Awareness of culturally specific resources.

Responsibilities

• Learn emergency procedures and attend quarterly reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents.
• Uphold program policies and attend staff meetings.
• Assist in resident transportation and answer calls.
• Monitor medications and document in logs.
• Conduct urinalysis screenings and visual resident checks.
• Complete intake and orientation for new residents.
• Coordinate resources and advocate with social services.
