Qualifications

• Ability to work with low-income populations, including those who may be experiencing homelessness or unstable housing.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations facing serious life challenges; chemical dependency work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and assist residents with inquiries.
• Provide referral information and ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Enforce visiting policy and process; support maintenance requests and grievances.
• Provide quality service and support in referrals, resources, and documentation.
• May administer medications according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Complete regular rounds to ensure safety and security and assist the Property Manager with reports and data entry.
