Missions Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated staff member for the Columbia Heights supportive housing program. This role provides a secure environment, supports residents, and ensure confidentiality while coordinating transportation, meals, crisis intervention, and service referrals.

The position involves rotating shifts (7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm), memorializing resident progress, conducting screenings, and facilitating groups and intake. Equal opportunity employer and mission-driven team.

Competenze

• Experience with homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorder.
• Knowledge of AA/NA and recovery programs.
• Proficient with email, internet, and basic data entry.
• Ability to work with diverse racial, cultural and economic backgrounds.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Mansioni

• Know emergency procedures and attend quarterly reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents.
• Uphold program policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and in-service training.
• Assist in resident transportation and answer calls.
• Monitor medications and logs; conduct urinalysis screenings.
• Document residents' status; conduct building checks.
• Coordinate activities; provide advocacy with services.
• Complete intake and orientation for new residents.
• Prepare progress notes and update records.
• Perform clerical tasks as requested by Program Manager.
