Job summary

Missions Inc. Programs is seeking a dedicated staff member for its 14-bed supportive housing program in Columbia Heights, MN. You will provide supportive services, monitor residents, and assist with transportation, meals, crisis intervention, and administrative tasks.

Shifts alternate 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with weekend and overnight differentials. The role requires sensitivity to residents facing homelessness, mental health, and substance use issues, plus the ability to work with diverse

Qualifications

• Understanding homelessness and related issues.
• Knowledge of AA/NA and recovery programs.
• Computer literacy and basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Know emergency procedures and participate in quarterly reviews.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Follow program policies of Missions. Inc.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist in resident transportation and answer calls.
• Monitor medications and log discrepancies.
• Conduct urine screens and document status.
• Perform building checks and bedroom inspections.
• Assist residents with goals and resource navigation.
• Coordinate activities and coordinate intakes.
