Job summary
Georgia-Pacific, LLC in Cleveland, TN is hiring a Reliability Manager for our corrugated facility. You will lead a safety-focused maintenance team and develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset availability and meet customer needs.
The role requires hands-on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise, strong leadership, CMMS experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Experience with financial analysis related to costs and budgets.
- Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Proven ability to establish and administer predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Foster a safe work environment and lead hazard identification before work begins.
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure asset availability meets customer needs.
- Oversee plant maintenance functions including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Prioritize work orders to maximize value and asset uptime.
- Coach and assess team performance to improve results.
- Manage monthly maintenance costs to meet spend goals.
