Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Reliability Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at the corrugated packaging facility. You will drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement while developing people and solving complex technical problems.

You’ll oversee preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance, collaborate with Operations to boost line efficiency, and leverage data-driven decision-making to extend equipment life and uptime.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and supervising teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with industrial maintenance, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability improvements.
• Working knowledge of CMMS or similar tools to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team, ensuring safe work practices in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Own the reliability and performance of plant assets by driving improvements in preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Partner with Operations to improve line efficiency, reduce downtime, and maximize equipment availability.
• Coach and develop staff, promoting ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability.
• Provide technical direction on troubleshooting, repairs, and quality of craft work to drive efficient outcomes.
• Use CMMS and digital tools to manage work orders and drive data-based decisions.
