Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Green Bay, Wisconsin seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Leader to guide maintenance, reliability, and facilities, driving safe, efficient operations that maximize asset performance and support production goals.

You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, develop reliability strategies, and partner with operations, engineering, and EHS to foster continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.
• Experience improving equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, engineering, and support functions.
• Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and skilled maintenance technicians.
• Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all maintenance activities.
• Support the development and execution of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Improve equipment reliability and overall asset effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
• Partner with operations teams to identify and eliminate recurring equipment failures and production losses.
• Manage maintenance planning and scheduling processes to optimize labor and resource utilization.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, contractor performance, and capital maintenance expenditures.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new asset installations.
• Utilize root cause analysis and reliability methodologies to improve long-term asset performance.
• Build team capability through coaching, development, and performance management.
• Collaborate and share knowledge with peers across the greater Georgia-Pacific organization
