Job summary
Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Reliability/Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Albion, MI maintenance team. This hands-on role focuses on increasing asset reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will manage preventive and predictive maintenance, leverage CMMS, and work closely with Operations to optimize line efficiency while developing people and ensuring safety across the facility.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on familiarity with industrial control systems (PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation).
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and data-driven improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team with a strong safety focus.
- Own asset reliability and maintenance performance, driving preventive/predictive activities.
- Partner with Operations to improve line efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coach and develop talent, instill accountability and problem-solving.
- Provide technical direction for troubleshooting and repairs.
