Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Reliability Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our Sheboygan, WI corrugated packaging facility. You will drive equipment uptime and asset reliability while promoting safety and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will coach staff, develop technical talent, and collaborate with operations to maximize line efficiency. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and experience with CMMS and industrial control systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
• Industrial/military or similar heavy manufacturing background.
• Hands-on familiarity with control systems (PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation).
• Working knowledge of CMMS or similar maintenance planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Own asset reliability by driving preventive/predictive and condition-based maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve line efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical direction on troubleshooting, repairs, and crafts quality.
• Use CMMS and digital tools to manage work orders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and extend equipment life.
