Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC in Crystal Springs, Mississippi, seeks a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, driving reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee daily maintenance activities, mentor technicians, implement preventive and predictive programs, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to deliver high-quality transformer components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors to meet production goals.
• Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive reliability improvements to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Analyze failures and conduct root cause investigations with corrective actions.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and asset history; support safety programs.
