Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience using CMMS to plan and document maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Prioritize daily maintenance activities to support production goals.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Respond to equipment issues quickly and minimize downtime.
• Analyze failures and lead root cause investigations.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and asset history.
• Champion safety programs including LOTO and electrical safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and efficiency via Lean/TPM.
