Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; strong troubleshooting.
Responsabilités
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Prioritize daily maintenance activities to support production goals.
- Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Analyze equipment failures and lead root-cause investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
