• Read engineering drawings to wind, assemble, and fabricate products to meet quality and delivery.
• Manually assemble material used in transformer manufacturing; hands-on process.
• Winders operate semi-automatic and manual winding machines.
• Operate machinery to fabricate material such as coil, insulation, wire, etc.
• Use computer to check schedules and update manufacturing status.
• Complete and maintain required paperwork and records.
• Operate cranes and fork trucks for material handling.
• Participate in continuous improvements and team meetings.
