Hitachi Energy USA INC in Crystal Springs, MS seeks a Production Team Leader to guide a dynamic production team and drive improvements with lean manufacturing practices. You’ll ensure safety, quality, and on-time targets while mentoring team members and coordinating with quality and maintenance functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Associate degree with 5+ years in supervision, lean experience, and familiarity with SAP; metalworks, welding, and painting are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree acceptable with significant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing; SAP a plus; metal works/welding/painting helpful.
