Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team at the Small Power Transformer facility in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. This role involves mentoring maintenance professionals, coordinating daily activities, and implementing Lean/ TPM initiatives to reduce downtime and improve asset performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, reliability principles, and root cause analysis.
• Experience using CMMS to plan, schedule, and document maintenance actions.

• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across the facility.

Your Background

• Experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment troubleshooting, reliability principles, and root cause analysis.
• Experience using CMMS platforms to plan, schedule, and document maintenance activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
