You will guide the maintenance team, implement predictive strategies, and coordinate audits and improvements across the site.

Responsabilités

• Manage operations and maintenance of facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety equipment and systems per MSA and KPI requirements.
• Provide strategic direction for the maintenance team.
• Ensure all JLL and client safety procedures are followed.
• Drive preventive/predictive maintenance with routine PM audits and corrective work.
• Develop methods to ensure safe operation, high equipment reliability, cost-effective maintenance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Administer programs such as Thermography, vibration analysis, lube oil monitoring (site and region).
• Vendor selection, program scoping/scheduling, analysis review, and corrective action follow-up.
• Support operational event and equipment failure investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Conduct program and system/equipment audits focusing on safety, compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.
• Establish and monitor equipment reliability metrics (including OEE) and work with maintenance and operations to prioritize improvements; perform data analytics.
• Develop/improve maintenance procedures to streamline work and improve quality and efficiency.
• Support commissioning for upgrades, renovations, and construction projects; review PM plans and maintainability, critical spares, and documentation.
• Assess asset criticality using Reliability Centered Maintenance and define proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial.
• Apply maintenance strategies and predictive technologies to optimize performance and lifecycle cost.
• Develop and maintain a skills matrix for local maintenance team for work assignments.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators.
