Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Global Director of Asset Management to lead maintenance strategies and predictive analytics worldwide. You will own the CMMS program, drive KPI-based performance, and develop playbooks for asset care across regions.

The role requires deep experience in facilities maintenance and reliability engineering, with a preference for advanced degrees. This hybrid role may require travel and onsite presence three days a week in major markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or P.E. preferred.
• 10 years of progressive facilities maintenance/reliability engineering experience.
• Experience with Integrated Facilities Maintenance for clients.
• 5 years of CMMS management or maintenance.
• Planning, scheduling, and work execution experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC, CUP, Chiller, Cooling Tower and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset maintenance strategy development and global playbooks.
• Define KPIs by region and drive performance in technical services.
• Own CMMS implementation, optimization and global support.
• Create best practices for maintenance strategies and facility operations.
• Develop assessment tools to evaluate asset performance and condition.
• Provide data insights to operations to identify trends and optimize schedules.
• Develop a Global LCAM program and report region initiatives.
• Advise on maintenance delivery including LCAM, PM/PdM and condition-based maintenance.
• Guide Reliability Engineering and apply RCM principles.
• Mentor and lead an on-account team and coordinate RCA events when needed.
