Job summary

You will partner with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.

You will plan and prioritize maintenance, manage budgets, and implement preventive/predictive programs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant engineering/maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role within manufacturing or process industries.
• Multi-trade maintenance background with strong budget and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team to meet plant performance goals.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance to maximize uptime and productivity.
• Manage maintenance labor budget and material spend for cost efficiency.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to support targets.
• Ensure safety compliance, policies, and maintenance best practices.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
• Oversee contractors and project work based on plant size and scope.
• Adapt plans to resource constraints and operational challenges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for maintenance strategies and continuous improvement.
