Dole Packaged Foods is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager in Georgia to lead the Maintenance Department, drive reliability across packaging and facility systems, and partner with Production and Engineering to maximize uptime and safety. You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage a team of supervisors and technicians, and oversee capex projects.

The role requires strong leadership, GMP knowledge, and experience with CMMS and SAP.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Experience with automated manufacturing and packaging systems, controls, PLCs, motors, drives, utilities, refrigeration, and facility systems.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and spare parts control.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety regulatory requirements.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance operations to achieve safety, reliability, uptime, cost control, and efficiency goals.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
• Direct maintenance Supervisors, technicians, contractors, and personnel, fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Set priorities, performance expectations, and development plans for maintenance staff.
• Coach and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and technicians.
• Build technical capabilities via training and succession planning.
• Manage the maintenance department budget (labor, parts, services, capex).
• Monitor KPIs like preventive maintenance compliance, downtime, work orders, asset utilization, and costs.
