• Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team to meet plant performance goals.

As a Reliability Manager II, you will lead and develop a high-performing maintenance organization, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. You will partner closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient use of labor and materials within budget.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to achieve plant performance goals
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and productivity
• Manage and optimize the maintenance labor budget and material spend to ensure cost-effective operations
• Develop and track maintenance budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to support operational targets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance best practices

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and drive root cause analysis

Position Details (Location & Work Schedule):

• Location: Plant-based role (on-site)
• Work Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility to support plant operations, including off-hours as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial environment
• Multi-trade maintenance background (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and maintenance operations effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and make decisions aligned with business objectives
• Expert in PLC programming, VFD systems, and Allen‑Bradley controls, with strong troubleshooting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial setting (Global Operations standard)
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering or reliability discipline (for Reliability-focused roles)
• Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or predictive maintenance programs
• Experience managing large teams, contractors, and capital or maintenance projects
