You’ll collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Production to implement preventative and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and root cause analysis to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, with a background in

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
• Experience with reliability, preventative/predictive maintenance or condition monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform root cause failure analysis.
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Use condition monitoring to identify failures and drive improvements.
• Develop and track maintenance KPIs.
• Prioritize reliability improvement projects.
