Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Manager II to lead a high-performing maintenance organization at our Georgia plant.

You will drive safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while partnering with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance. As a Reliability Manager II, you will develop budgets, track KPIs, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial environment.
• Multi-trade maintenance background (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and make decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Expert in PLC programming, VFD systems, and Allen‑Bradley controls, with strong troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to achieve plant performance goals.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and productivity.
• Manage and optimize the maintenance labor budget and material spend to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Develop and track maintenance budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to support operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance best practices.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and project work as required based on plant size and scope.
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource constraints and operational challenges.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for maintenance strategies, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
